We are looking to highlight the most promising talents and innovative professionals in the real estate industry. Individuals who are set to shape the future of our field with their exceptional skills, dedication, and forward-thinking approaches.

 

At RET, we believe in recognising and celebrating the emerging leaders who are making significant strides in their careers and setting new benchmarks for excellence.

 

The criteria for the top 25 will have demonstrated remarkable potential and have already made notable contributions to the industry. Their passion for real estate and their ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic market make them true inspirations. Ultimately, results will play quite a significant part of scoring. 

 

We invite you to nominate someone who falls into the under 25 years of age category and help support their journey as they continue to elevate the standards of the real estate profession.

• Active in the Australian real estate industry, including roles such as agents, property managers, developers, marketers, or other real estate-related professions.

• Demonstrated success and impact in their role, including achievements like sales, client satisfaction, innovative marketing strategies, or leadership within their organisation.

• Exhibit a forward-thinking approach, incorporating new ideas, technology, or processes that improve the real estate industry or set new standards of practice.

• Shows leadership skills or has a strong influence on their peers, team, or wider industry community, either through formal leadership roles or through inspirational actions.

• Demonstrated the ability to thrive and adapt in the dynamic, ever-evolving real estate market, overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities in creative ways.

• Actively seeks out opportunities for learning, growth, and improvement, whether through formal education, certifications, or industry networking.

• Has made a notable contribution to the real estate industry, whether through community involvement, mentoring others, or driving positive change within their organisation or the wider industry.
