After starting with Harcourts Asset in April 2023, Erynne defied the odds faced by many newcomers in the industry. Initially without listings, she tirelessly conducted over 150 property appraisals in one month alone — laying the groundwork for her breakthrough.
By continuing to do 50 to 100 appraisals a month, the end of 2023, she had sold 64 properties, culminating in her incredible $420M sales record. Her remarkable achievements are not only recognised by peers but also celebrated across the real estate community.
