Reapit has announced the return of its highly anticipated industry event, Fusion ‘25, which will unveil the latest advancements designed to unify and streamline operations across the entire real estate lifecycle.

Set to take place on Wednesday, 26 March 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM AEST (2:00 PM to 3:00 PM AEDT), Fusion ‘25 will showcase the technology provider’s continued commitment to innovation, with new solutions spanning sales, property management, and marketing.

The virtual event will provide a first look at the company’s latest platform-wide enhancements, all aimed at giving agencies greater control, visibility and efficiency across their business.

Unified data, smarter insights

A key focus of the event will be Reapit’s new consolidated dashboard offering a complete 360-degree view of clients throughout their property journey.

By combining sales and property management data in one place, the platform promises to give agencies deeper insight into their pipeline, performance, and customer lifecycle.

Sales professionals will benefit from enhanced reporting capabilities via Agentbox, while property managers will gain access to new business intelligence tools within Console Cloud.

Smarter communications and advertising

In response to growing demand for streamlined workflows, Reapit has introduced several improvements to how communications are handled within the platform.

The new Console Cloud inbox aims to transform email into a true operational hub, while Agentbox now supports CC and BCC functionality—features that many agents say are long overdue in traditional CRM systems.

Meanwhile, Reapit’s upgraded Advertising module will allow agencies to list properties across more than 250 portals in Australia and New Zealand, increasing exposure and reducing vacancy times.

Deeper integrations and enhanced security

Fusion ‘25 will also highlight upcoming integrations designed to bring even more functionality into the Reapit ecosystem, including native support for tenancy agreements and an integrated tenant checking solution via InspectRealEstate.

The rollout of Reapit Connect—a unified login system with multi-factor authentication—will offer agents faster, safer access across all Reapit tools.

A customisable future

With a growing emphasis on personalised service, Reapit is launching custom fields within Agentbox. The update allows users to create their own data points, tailoring workflows and reporting to match the unique needs of their business.

Finally, a new set of website themes will be unveiled, giving agencies a fresh suite of tools to enhance their digital presence and drive lead generation.

Shaping the future of real estate software

Reapit’s Chief Product Officer, Shaun Mahony, said the company’s ongoing product development reflects the demands of an increasingly digital and data-driven real estate industry.

“Fusion ‘25 is about showcasing the steps we’re taking to bring every part of the agency experience into one connected platform,” Mahony said.

“Whether you’re in sales, property management, or leadership, we want to empower you with smarter technology, better insights and the flexibility to scale.”

More than 6,000 real estate businesses across the region already use Reapit’s technology, and the upcoming event is expected to draw strong interest from agencies seeking to future-proof their operations.
