Harding, who began his career in real estate in 2017 after working as a qualified carpenter, brings a strong foundation in construction knowledge to the business.
This latest move marks an expansion of his presence in the NT property market, having previously launched a successful Darwin-based office in 2022.
Now teaming up with Palmerston local Rowsell, who transitioned into real estate in 2021 after running a thriving car sales business, the duo is committed to delivering tailored property services to the growing community.
The new office will work in close collaboration with its Darwin counterpart, operating from a shared space to streamline operations and enhance client support. Rowsell’s wife, Samara, will step into the role of operations manager, overseeing the day-to-day functions of both locations.
Harding expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating, “Ryan and I each bring different strengths to the table—his expertise in sales and my experience in business operations.
Together, we’re focused on building a trusted and knowledgeable team for the Palmerston community.”
Recognising the city’s appeal to first-home buyers and young families, Rowsell emphasised their mission to create strong connections with local residents.
“Palmerston is a vibrant and evolving market, and we’re here to support buyers and sellers with expert guidance and exceptional service,” he said.
“Over the next year, we’re looking to expand our market presence, grow our team, and establish a specialised property management division.”
This new venture has also received strong backing from industry leadership, with regional executives highlighting Harding and Rowsell’s complementary skills and community-driven approach as key strengths in establishing a thriving Palmerston real estate hub.
