The real estate brand Century 21 Australia has announced the appointment of Ray Ellis as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Ellis, former CEO of First National, has a deep-rooted history in the property sector. With ten years of service on the board of the Real Estate Institute of Australia, he possesses extensive expertise in cultivating thriving corporate environments and enhancing business performance.

Chairman Charles Tarbey highlighted that Ellis’s leadership aligns with the company’s broader strategic direction.

“We are entering an exciting phase of growth, with a focus on strengthening our brand presence and supporting our franchisees in expanding their market influence,” Tarbey said.

“The appointment of a seasoned leader with a proven track record will be instrumental in reinforcing our position as a top-tier real estate brand across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.”

Ellis expressed enthusiasm about working alongside Tarbey and contributing to the company’s ongoing success.

“Charles has been a pioneer in the real estate industry, and I look forward to collaborating with him to further elevate the brand,” Ellis said.

“Our focus will be on building strong industry partnerships, increasing profitability, and helping our franchisees grow their market share.”

“We are committed to strengthening our reputation and delivering even greater value to our agents, clients, and communities.”

The announcement coincides with the launch of a significant multi-platform media campaign—one of the largest in the company’s history—showcased across various high-profile channels, including Times Square billboards and national television.

Operating as a global real estate powerhouse, the organisation boasts nearly 130,000 independent sales professionals across 79 countries, making it the largest residential real estate network in the Asia-Pacific region.
