A new technology firm, Fortify Technology, has launched with a mission to transform IT and cybersecurity services for the Australian real estate industry.
As part of the Create Group—which includes Housemark and Wingman—Fortify Technology is led by industry experts Jonathan Bell (Director), Bill Hunter (CEO), James McGregor (Head of Growth), and Nick Georges (Director).
The company builds on Wingman’s success in managing IT and security for over 800 remote professionals and aims to provide tailored, scalable security solutions designed specifically for real estate businesses.
With the real estate sector handling vast amounts of sensitive client and financial data, it has become an attractive target for cybercriminals.
Despite the growing risks, many IT providers lack the industry-specific knowledge to offer effective protection. Fortify Technology seeks to address this gap, delivering comprehensive security solutions that help real estate businesses safeguard their operations against emerging threats.
“Real estate agencies are increasingly vulnerable to cyber threats, yet many struggle to find IT providers who truly understand their needs,” said CEO Bill Hunter. “Our goal is to set a new benchmark for security and IT support in the industry.”
Fortify Technology offers industry-specific expertise and cost-effective, enterprise-grade solutions that are accessible to real estate businesses of all sizes. Real estate businesses require security solutions tailored to their unique operational challenges, and with cyberattacks on the rise, agencies need proactive protection against data breaches and fraud.
High-quality cybersecurity measures can be expensive, but Fortify Technology leverages its scale to provide competitive solutions. With a leadership team experienced in IT, property technology, and cybersecurity, the company brings a wealth of knowledge to the sector.
Fortify Technology is set to engage with the real estate community through a series of industry roadshows, where it will share insights and strategies for improving cybersecurity across the sector.
“We look forward to working closely with agencies and property professionals to help them navigate the evolving cybersecurity landscape,” said James McGregor, Head of Growth. “Our upcoming roadshows will provide practical advice on protecting businesses from emerging digital threats.”
As cyber threats continue to evolve, Fortify Technology aims to become the trusted partner for real estate businesses looking to strengthen their digital security and IT infrastructure.
