RE/MAX Toowoomba team welcomes agent with Lockyer Valley roots
Lockyer Valley real estate specialist, Taurie Breschke, joins the award-winning RE/MAX Success team, a decade after commencing her real estate career in Hatton Vale.
The property sales consultant is truly a local, who was born in the Lockyer Valley, grew up on a local farm in Lake Clarendon and now lives in Hatton Vale.
Her roots are firmly in the region and real estate is in her blood.
Taurie’s grandfather was the highly respected Arthur Reck, of Arthur Reck Real Estate, which specialised in farm sales.
“Everybody knew my grandfather, through working on the land at his and my grandmother Gladys’ Laidley farm, and his many successful years as a real estate agent selling homes, farms and development land between Hatton Vale and Laidley.”
Taurie has inherited her grandfather’s passion for Lockyer Valley property and for real estate sales.
She’s had ten years honing her skills as a Lockyer Valler specialist in rural residential and lifestyle properties, as well as rural and residential land sales, unit sales and developments.
“Real estate is fundamentally about helping people, which is the aspect of my job I find most fulfilling.
“I really am about building genuine and long-term relationships with individuals, through doing what I love, which is marketing properties in Hatton Vale and throughout the Locker Valley.
“I want to be known in the Lockyer Valley as the go-to-agent, and to grow my own team over time with RE/MAX Success in order to meet the demand for real estate services that comes with this wonderful part of the world.”
“We are very excited to have Taurie join the team,” said RE/MAX Success broker owner, Katie Knight. “She is fully committed to providing a personalised and meticulous service to every seller and buyer, conducting business with the highest degree of integrity.”
Taurie says affordability, lifestyle and the areas commercial growth are big attractions for what she describes as the ‘western migration’ from the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.
“I’m seeing more buyers from outside the region than locals, and I understand… who wouldn’t want to live here?”
