Agency celebrates the launch of its fourth office within 10 months

Flynn Estate Agents has announced the launch of its fourth office in Victoria, marking a significant milestone just 10 months after its inception.

Since opening its flagship office in Frankston in April 2024, the agency has established itself as a key player in Melbourne’s property market.

The agency’s rapid expansion included the opening of its Knox office in October, followed by its Mornington office in December. Next month, Flynn Estate Agents will unveil its Templestowe location, broadening its presence across Melbourne’s South East and the Mornington Peninsula.

Leading the Mornington office is Chrissy Jones, newly appointed as associate director, who reflected on the agency's success.

“This new office reflects the momentum we’ve built in the Peninsula in such a short time,” Jones explained.

“Our tailored marketing strategies resonate with clients, particularly our ability to connect properties with high-net-worth buyers and deliver exceptional outcomes.”

Jones also highlighted the company’s commitment to fostering talent within the business.

“Thanks to the agency’s strong support framework, I’ve advanced from sales agent to sales manager and now to associate director. Managing over 40 listings at once is an achievement I previously thought was out of reach,” she said.

She attributed Flynn Estate Agents’ success to its powerful branding, innovative sales strategies, and extensive client database, combined with a commitment to setting new benchmarks in customer service.

“Our agents are equipped with everything they need to thrive – the tools, training, and resources. It’s all about dedication and effort,” Jones added.

Adam Flynn, the agency’s CEO, shared his vision for the future, outlining plans to expand into the Casey, Cardinia, and Bass Coast regions while maintaining a focus on excellence.

“Our aim is to establish a comprehensive presence across Victoria’s south-east, from Manningham to Knox and out to the Mornington Peninsula,” Flynn said.

“Through industry-leading training, exceptional support, and world-class marketing, we remain guided by our core values of results, teamwork, competency, authenticity, and integrity.”

The agency is also exploring opportunities for national expansion, though Flynn emphasised that growth would remain intentional and aligned with their standards of quality.

“Our focus is on maintaining consistency and excellence across the network. Growth for us will always prioritise quality over quantity,” he said.
